These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FastTrackBNB website, your participation in our masterclass and other events, and your purchase of our products and services. This website and our services are operated by AM Advisory Group LLC DBA Fast Track BNB ("FastTrackBNB," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About our business
AM Advisory Group LLC DBA Fast Track BNB is a consulting and education business. We operate as consultants who help individuals start and develop their own short-term rental (for example, Airbnb) businesses. We do this through free educational content such as our masterclass, low-cost digital resources, and paid one-on-one consulting.
FastTrackBNB is not a "get rich quick" scheme. It is not a business opportunity, franchise, multi-level marketing program or investment program. We do not sell investments or securities, we do not offer or arrange loans or credit, we do not manage money for clients, and we do not promise or guarantee any level of income. Our clients own and operate their own businesses and make their own decisions. Starting a short-term rental business requires time, work and starting capital, and some people who try it do not make a profit.
2. Educational content, not professional advice
Our masterclass, digital materials and consulting are provided for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. FastTrackBNB is not a registered investment advisor. You are responsible for your own decisions, including complying with local short-term rental laws, lease terms and HOA rules, and you should consult qualified professionals before acting.
3. No guarantee of results
Any examples or testimonials on our website or in our materials reflect individual experiences. They are not typical, and they are not a guarantee, promise or prediction of your results. Outcomes vary based on effort, commitment, market conditions, available capital, local laws and regulations, landlord approval, timing and other factors outside our control.
4. SMS Terms (text messaging program)
Program name and sender: FastTrackBNB text messages, sent by AM Advisory Group LLC DBA Fast Track BNB.
Types of messages. We offer two separate kinds of text messages, and you choose each one separately:
- Non-marketing messages: replies to your inquiries, appointment and event reminders (such as masterclass confirmations and reminders), and account or service notifications.
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, new programs and service updates from FastTrackBNB.
- How to opt in: by checking the separate, optional consent box for each message type on our website contact form or masterclass registration form, or by giving your number and checking the consent box in our website chat. Boxes are never pre-checked. You can opt in to either type, both or neither.
- Message frequency varies. Before a masterclass you may receive several reminders in the days and hours before it starts. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: text STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Purchases and consulting services
Paid products, such as the VIP masterclass upgrade, are charged at the price shown at checkout and processed by our third-party payment processor. Digital products are delivered electronically. The scope, length and price of one-on-one consulting are agreed with you before you enroll. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us using the details below.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our masterclass and materials, including text, graphics, scripts, videos and logos, is owned by or licensed to FastTrackBNB. It is for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.
7. Third-party platforms
This website and our services are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com or any other third-party platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
